While Roberto Coin does not supply a copy of his warranty to dealers, he guarantees his jewelry against defects that may occur as a result of faulty manufacture or materials, during the course of normal wear for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The Appassionata and Nabucco lines are covered for two years. As is normal, Roberto’s guarantee does not cover damages resulting from accident, mishandling or abusive use.What quality of diamonds does Roberto Coin use?There is a range of quality used in Roberto’s pieces, and it varies by line. Appassionata Collection is normally G color, VS2 clarity, while the Tiny Treasures Collection contains diamonds that are G-H color, SI1-VS2 clarity. The lowest they use in any collection is H color. SI2 clarity.Which metals does Roberto Coin use?The vast majority of the line is 18k gold, either white, yellow or pink. There are a few pieces done in platinum.Why does Roberto Coin jewelry have his signature ruby inside?An Old Egyptian legend says when a ruby is worn next to the skin, it will bring great happiness and good fortune. How can I tell if the jewelry I purchased is genuine Roberto Coin?Many items have his signature ruby, but that is not sufficient to determine that the piece is genuine, especially since not all of his collections have the ruby. Once you place a special order, it may not be cancelled or returned.What if I don't know my (her) finger size?If we have a stock piece available, please allow us to send the stock size to present as your gift. This way you (she) can approve the design. Then have your (her) finger size taken by a jewelry professional so we may custom order the correct ring for you.How long does it typically take to get my order?That depends on whether or not the item is in stock. Items on hand are shipped within 48 hours. Let us know if you need it quicker, and we will do our best to accommodate you.The delivery from Coin ranges from two to eight weeks. Production comes to a halt during Italy’s vacation periods, so it can sometimes take longer. We will advise you of the estimated delivery date on items not in stock. Is it possible to get a rush order?Most definitely. The staff at Roberto’s office is a very caring group of people. If we know your anniversary is the day after tomorrow, they will do their very best to give us a piece for you.Are rings available in any finger size?Most rings can be made in any size. If there is technical difficulty in making a ring very small or large, we will let you know. Please send the jewelry to us, fully insured. Enclose details of the problem in a letter.
