We are proud to offer you our exclusive limited warranty.
Maurice Badler Fine Jewelry Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that any item purchased from our company will be free from defects in materials, components or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at our option, at no cost to the purchaser.
The warranty is invalid when Maurice Badler Fine Jewelry Ltd., in its sole discretion, determines that the item(s) has been mishandled, damaged (whether or not as a result of negligence) or worked on by any jeweler not authorized in writing by Maurice Badler Fine Jewelry Ltd. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred in transit. If the merchandise is not under warranty and can be repaired, we will effect repairs on the item(s) only after first receiving approval from the owner (written or oral) for the cost of such repairs.
This written warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other expressed or implied warranties, obligations or liabilities and constitutes the only warranty made by Maurice Badler Fine Jewelry Ltd. The merchandise is sold “AS IS.” There is no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.
No person, agent, salesperson, distributor, dealer or company is authorized to change, modify, or amend this warranty whatsoever.
In the event that there is a breach of warranty, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the repayment to you of the original purchase price paid by you upon the return to us of the goods in question in its original condition, reasonable wear allowed. There shall be no liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
