Golden South Sea Keshi Pearl Ring

In stock

A Keshi pearl is one that is formed by accident as a by-product of a pearl culturing operation. Unlike standard cultured pearls, Keshi do not have a nucleus and are made entirely of the nacre secreted by an oyster. As a result, their luster is quite superb.

Because they form without a nucleus, it is rare to find them with such lovely shape and smoothness.   It is even more extraordinary to find them in South Sea oysters AND with such gorgeous golden color!   Beautifully matched and set in a chic design with diamonds.   This is one fantastic ring.

18k gold with 4-9 mm. pearls and .24 ct. of diamonds.  Ring measures 1 1/2 inches across
