18k brushed yellow gold with .16 ct. of white diamonds surrounding the center stone. You've got to have it on your finger to appreciate the regal hue of this exotic ring.  This new smaller size measures 3/4 of an inch high and  5/8 inches wide. 

This Last Call ring is currently a size 6 3/4 and may be modified up or down 2 sizes for an additional fee.
