The CZ center of this 18 kt. gold ring is the equivalent size of a 3 ct stone. The shank is 6.5 mm wide and the top of the ring rises 3/8 of an inch from the finger. Total diamond weight is 1.92 ct. Currently size 6 1/2, it can be modified half a size up or down for an additional fee.
