The heart shaped CZ is the equivalent size of a 1 ct stone, with a small halo of diamonds set just underneath. Blaze diamonds are channel set partway down the 2 mm shank.

Currently a size 6 1/2, it can be modified down to 5 1/2 or up to 8 1/2 for an additional fee.
